Dwayne Utley and his wife Mona Utley opened the door to ER Contracting in 2015. After years of supplying the Houston community with restoration and remodeling services, Dwayne decided it would be best to partner with his wife Mona and serve his clientele. Mona has over 20 years of property management experience and knows what is expected by the industry.
When hurricane Harvey hit Houston in 2017, Dwayne and Mona got their chance to prove their newly built business’s reliability. Since then, they have made their name known in the Houston community by providing high-quality restoration and custom design work.
The power couple has worked with some of the top property managers, homeowners associations, and small business owners in Houston and the surrounding cities. With the support of their loyal customers and hours of hard work, they now work out of a large warehouse office in the West Oaks neighborhood, right outside interstate 610.
